We introduce them to the company itself, with our suppliers and products, production and use techniques. There is an INTRODUCTION training where our suppliers of profiles, glass, fittings and all other components are presented, and there are also a number of narrowly specialized trainings for RAL INSTALLATIONS, ANTI-BURGLARY SYSTEMS, REMOTE CONTROLS, NZEB construction, new products, etc.

So far, we have held 27 ACADEMY trainings for both employees and partners, at which 586 participants were present and trained (theoretical and practical part), earning the MARLEX ACADEMY CERTIFICATE they are proud to hold.

Besides training our employees and partners, we have a very good cooperation with the FACULTY OF CIVIL ENGINEERING IN ZAGREB. At the Faculty, samples and cross-sections of our windows are displayed, and students use them to learn about windows. The Faculty also organizes visits to our factory.
At the Academy, we also offer lectures for CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIANS, ARCHITECTS AND DESIGNERS. The last such lecture was on the topic of NEARLY ZERO-ENERGY BUILDINGS, a topic that is very current in the EU, generating great interest in our region. The lecturer was prof. Bojan Milovanovic, DSc, a highly sought-after top expert.

We can proudly say that we are the main partner for the window segment of the “MUZA” (Muse) Project of the FACULTY OF CIVIL ENGINEERING in Zagreb, aimed at spreading and exchanging knowledge and experiences on the topic of nearly zero-energy buildings (NZEB). An example of such a home will be transported to all major cities and presented at events such as fairs, faculties, schools and public presentations with a construction theme.
